1. Consent & Personal Boundaries

 

Always respect personal boundaries. Ask before initiating physical contact or intimate interactions. Consent must be mutual and can be withdrawn at any time. If someone says no or asks you to stop, respect their wishes immediately. Harassment, pressure, and unwanted attention are not acceptable.

 

2. Dress Code

Upscale club attire is required. Gym wear, athletic slides, and flip-flops are not permitted. Management may refuse entry for dress code violations.

 

3. Phone Use, Photography & Recording

 

Photography and video recording require the clear, mutual consent of everyone who may be captured. This applies throughout the venue, including common areas and private rooms.

 

Unauthorized recording may result in an immediate request to delete the material and termination of membership privileges at management’s discretion.

 

Please notify management of privacy concerns during or after an event. You may address a concern politely when comfortable, but never put yourself at risk. We take reports seriously, although we cannot guarantee every unauthorized recording will be prevented or detected.

 

4. Privacy & Discretion

 

Respect the privacy of members and guests. Do not share identifying information, photos, personal experiences, or the private venue location without appropriate permission. Exercise discretion both during and after events.

5. Personal Conduct & Safety

Treat members, guests, and staff with courtesy. Respect the venue and others’ belongings, keep shared spaces clean, and follow reasonable staff instructions.

 

Illegal drugs and prohibited substances are not permitted. Excessive intoxication, aggressive behavior, harassment, threats, or other conduct that compromises safety or comfort may result in removal.

 

6. BYOB Policy

Fantasy Lounge is a bring-your-own-beverages (BYOB) venue. Guests may bring their own beverages. Ice, mixers, bar setups, and beverage service are available.

 

Please consume responsibly and follow staff instructions.

 

7. Cooler Guidelines

 

Personal-sized coolers are permitted. Soft-sided coolers, cooler backpacks, and compact personal coolers are preferred. Oversized, tailgate-style, and Styrofoam coolers are not allowed. Management may ask guests to leave prohibited coolers outside.

 

8. Private Venue, Vetting & Entry

 

Fantasy Lounge is a private venue, not open to the general public. All guests must complete the membership vetting process before attending their first event. Walk-ins who have not completed this process are not permitted, regardless of how they learned about the venue or obtained its location.

Vetting applications are generally not reviewed once an event begins at 9 PM and will generally be reviewed the following day at the earliest. Please complete the process several days before an event whenever possible, or at least several hours before the 9 PM start time. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval in time for that evening’s event.

Vetting approval does not automatically expire. However, if you have not RSVP’d, purchased an event ticket, or attended an event in more than 12 months, your status may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the circumstances, updated information or additional verification may be requested before a future visit. Changes in relationship status or partner/spouse may also require an updated review.

9. Reporting Concerns

​

If you experience or witness a concern involving consent, privacy, safety, or these rules, please notify management during or after the event. You may speak up directly when appropriate, but you are never expected to confront someone if you feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

 

10. Rule Enforcement

​

Violations may result in a warning, refusal of entry, removal from an event, suspension, or termination of Nightly or Yearly Membership privileges. Serious violations may result in immediate action at management’s discretion.

 

Any refund following termination of Yearly Membership privileges is not guaranteed and will be considered case by case, subject to applicable law. See our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy for details.
