Refund Policy

​All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Fantasy Lounge understands that plans can change, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist members and guests when possible.

Memberships

• Annual memberships are non-refundable.

• Memberships are non-transferable.

 

Event Fees

​

• Event admission fees are non-refundable.

• If you have prepaid for an event and are unable to attend, please contact Fantasy Lounge by email as soon as possible before or after the event. Your payment may be applied as a credit toward a future event.

• Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are handled at the discretion of Fantasy Lounge.

• If an event is canceled by Fantasy Lounge, a credit or refund may be issued at our discretion.

 

Payment Disputes

 

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension or permanent loss of access to Fantasy Lounge events and membership benefits.
