Terms & Conditions – Fantasy Lounge

By accessing the Fantasy Lounge website, creating an account, purchasing a membership or event ticket, submitting an event RSVP, or attending a Fantasy Lounge event, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable Fantasy Lounge rules and policies.

 

Please review these terms before using our website or attending an event.

 

1. Membership

​

• Membership approval is at the sole discretion of Fantasy Lounge.

• Applicants must meet applicable eligibility and verification requirements.

• All attendees must be at least 21 years of age and present valid identification when required.

• Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the person or persons for whom they were issued.

• Members are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining access to the email address associated with their account.

• Members must comply with Fantasy Lounge rules, event requirements, and management instructions.

• Vetting Approval & Extended Inactivity: Vetting approval does not automatically expire. However, if you have not RSVP’d, purchased an event ticket, or attended an event in more than 12 months, your vetting status may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Updated information or additional verification may be requested before a future visit. Changes in relationship status or partner/spouse may also require an updated review.

• Fantasy Lounge reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate membership privileges when management determines that a member has violated applicable rules or that action is otherwise necessary to protect the safety, privacy, or operation of the community.

 

2. Event Admission

• Admission is subject to applicable event requirements, capacity, and management approval.

• Valid government-issued identification may be required at entry.

• Event dates, schedules, themes, admission prices, and other event details may change.

• Door pricing and other event fees are subject to change and will be communicated through applicable event information.

• Purchasing a membership or ticket does not guarantee admission to every event.

• Fantasy Lounge reserves the right to deny admission or remove an attendee for rule violations, safety concerns, inappropriate conduct, or other legitimate reasons at management's discretion, subject to applicable law.

 

3. Conduct and Respect

​

Fantasy Lounge expects all members and guests to treat one another respectfully and to respect personal boundaries, privacy, and consent.

Harassment, threatening behavior, unwanted contact, disruptive conduct, intoxicated misconduct, or other violations of Fantasy Lounge rules may result in removal from an event and suspension or termination of membership privileges.

 

Management will determine the appropriate response based on the circumstances and severity of the incident. Serious violations may result in immediate action.

 

Members and guests are expected to cooperate with reasonable instructions from management and event staff.

 

4. Phone Use, Photography, and Recording

 

Phones must be used respectfully and responsibly at Fantasy Lounge.

 

Taking photos or videos of anyone inside the venue requires the clear, mutual consent of everyone who may be captured in the image or recording. This applies throughout the venue, including private rooms and common areas.

 

If management observes or receives a report of photography or recording without the required consent, the person responsible may be instructed to delete the photos or recordings immediately.

 

Violations may result in the immediate termination of Nightly or Yearly Membership privileges at management's discretion.

 

For Yearly Members, any refund for the remaining portion of a membership is not guaranteed. Management will determine whether a refund is appropriate on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable law.

 

We encourage members to address concerns politely and respectfully when they feel comfortable doing so and to notify management when needed, either during or after an incident.

 

Fantasy Lounge makes reasonable efforts to maintain a respectful environment but cannot guarantee that every instance of unauthorized photography or recording will be prevented or immediately detected. We appreciate members' cooperation in respecting one another's privacy.

 

5. Payments and Refunds

 

Membership fees, event tickets, and other applicable payments must be paid through the available payment methods.

 

Membership and event ticket payments are processed through PayPal. Charges may appear on payment statements as Content Studio Lounge LLC.

 

Membership purchases and event ticket payments are subject to the applicable membership terms, event details, and refund policy.

 

Unless otherwise stated in an applicable policy or required by law, payments are not automatically refundable because a member chooses not to attend an event, discontinues membership, or loses access because of a rule violation.

 

Where management has discretion to approve a refund, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis, considering the circumstances and applicable requirements. Any refund for unused Yearly Membership time following a violation is not guaranteed.

 

Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

 

6. Payment Disputes and Fraud

Members are encouraged to contact Fantasy Lounge to resolve questions or concerns about a membership purchase or event payment.

 

Fraudulent transactions, payment abuse, or knowingly false payment disputes may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges. Fantasy Lounge may provide relevant transaction and membership records to payment providers when reasonably necessary to respond to a dispute or protect its legitimate interests, subject to applicable law.

 

7. Website Accounts and Member Access

Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and for keeping their account information current.

Members should use an email address they expect to maintain access to over the long term. Loss of access to an email account may complicate account recovery and important membership communications.

 

Members may customize their profiles using the available account settings. Members are responsible for reviewing their profile and display name to ensure that the information shown to other members reflects their preferences.

 

Fantasy Lounge may restrict or remove access to members-only areas when a membership ends, when access is no longer authorized, or when management determines that action is necessary under these terms or applicable rules.

 

Removing access to members-only areas does not automatically delete all associated account, verification, payment, or administrative records. Information may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

 

8. Privacy and Personal Information

Fantasy Lounge handles personal information according to its Privacy Policy.

 

The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, how member-facing information is displayed, how verification photos are handled, and when information may be retained after a membership ends.

 

Members are expected to respect the privacy of other members and guests. Information shared within members-only areas should be treated with discretion. Access to a member community does not guarantee that other members will keep information confidential, so members should use care when choosing what to share.

 

9. Website Availability and Third-Party Services

 

Fantasy Lounge makes reasonable efforts to maintain its website and membership services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

 

Certain functions, including payment processing, account sign-in, and other website features, may rely on third-party services. Those services may be subject to their own terms, policies, availability, and limitations.

 

Fantasy Lounge is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by third-party services beyond its reasonable control, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

 

10. Assumption of Personal Responsibility

 

Participation in Fantasy Lounge events is voluntary. Attendees are responsible for their own conduct, decisions, and personal belongings.

Attendees should use reasonable care, respect others' boundaries, and follow applicable venue rules and management instructions.

 

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

 

11. Changes to Events, Memberships, and These Terms

 

Fantasy Lounge may update event details, membership procedures, website features, house rules, and these Terms & Conditions as operational needs change, subject to applicable law and any applicable contractual requirements.

 

Updated terms will be published on this page with the revision date changed accordingly. Members and guests are encouraged to review the current terms and applicable house rules periodically.
